Unreal Commander v0.95 (build 717)
Two panel's file manager similar to Total Commander (but totally free). It supports TC plugins (WCX and WLX). It has build-in FTP client, advanced search of files, synchronization of directories module and multi-files rename tools.
Abbilities of Unreal Commander program:
