An UNIX / Windows / Linux free remake of the DOS-game "Stunts", providing modern features like openGL graphics, 3D sound and internet multiplaying. Design your own tracks, choose your opponents and try the most spectacular stunts you've ever seen.
Stunts was an old DOS game with simple CGA / EGA / VGA graphics, but Ultimate Stunts is a modern multiplatform application with OpenGL graphics. It also has some new features, like 3D sound and (internet) multiplaying function.
- It is a 3D racing with texture, smooth shading, reflection etc. It based on OpenGL graphic engine.
- Ultimate Stunts has a track editor. You may relatively simple build your own racing tracks. The tracks are built of large blocks (elements), called 'tiles'
- It has low hardware requirement, so you can play on old computer.
- Game has some very spectacular stunts with loopings, bridges to jump over, etc.
- You can play against both human (over a LAN or via internet) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) opponents.
- A computer player's behavior has been improved in Ultimate version than oryginal.
- Player can choose different cars.
- Players can create and view replays, which will contain every position and orientation for every moving object in the scene, for every frame.
